NMB Member Information Form
We are looking forward to having you as a member of the Normal Marching Band!  Please complete this form as early as possible, and no later than the NMB Registration Open House.  This information will be used to record interested students, but it will not commit you to the NMB.

Additional forms will be available prior to the registration open house, including the commitment form, medical form, and student conduct agreement.
