IMPORTANT: During Summer, all outdoor celebrations will be performed only if there is enough shadow for the kids and performers to be safe from the heat. Please consider that Mascots will be safe for up to 30min outdoors in a hot season weather. extra time can be provided after a special 5-10min indoor break for the performer.

PLEASE READ OUR DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Once you receive an invoice with your services as a confirmation of our availability, you can proceed to complete the booking with the 50% deposit of the total amount by credit card or e-transfer. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of any changes of date, you will be able to use the deposit as a store credit for any other celebration. Please be aware that there is a 25% cancellation fee as long as the changes are informed 24h before the day of the event. "Cancellations the same day of the celebration do not get to enjoy the store credit and lose the deposit".

PLEASE READ OUR PAYMENT POLICY:
The balance is to be paid only in CASH at the party INSIDE AN ENVELOPE. If you want to pay the balance with credit card or e-transfer, you will need to complete the payment 24h before the party, as the staff will not be able to verify any digital transaction. You will receive an email with this reminder as well.
*Note that services booked for Christmas Eve/Day and NYE have an extra fee of $100 per performer

All our Entertainers will take videos and pictures of the party services and the participants to later share with you a special customized video with all the lovely memories!!  

And with your approval, we can also share them in our Instagram and Social Media accounts so everyone can enjoy these special Celebration!
