For placement of ten (10) students or fewer in a single program placed simultaneously at one site in the State in a supervised internship, practicum, or field experience as a required part of a degree or certificate program:

Reporting Period: July 1 through May 31
Deadline: Annually by June 30th

In accordance with COMAR 13B.02.01.04-1:
      If the institution has no more than ten students in a single program placed simultaneously at one site in the State in a supervised internship, practicum, or field experience as a required part of a degree or certificate program shall:

(1) Submit to the Secretary, by June 30 of each year, an annual report detailing the number of students placed at each internship, practicum, or field experience location; and

(2) Register any online programs in accordance with Education Article, §11–202.2, Annotated Code of Maryland.

This Report shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. The Field Placement Report covers placements from April 1st through March 30th.

NOTE: No more than ten placements per program can be made during the reporting period.  For any programs with more than ten placements per program, the institution must obtain a Certificate of Approval to operate in Maryland (COMAR 13B.02.01.03B(12)(c)).
