About the Case Competition: This case will allow you to get hands on experience in sell-side banking through financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic analysis. Teams of up to 4 members will choose from select companies and create a presentation deck that outlines the potential sale of the business.
All participants must be UCLA undergraduate students in the class of 2026 or 2027.
