Complete the following registration form for each child you wish to register for the Early Childhood Program (Sunday School) at Stl. Cornelius Catholic Church. Please make sure all items are completed before submitting.

This program is for children ages 3, 4 & 5 yr. olds (TK & Kinder).
This is a great opportunity for the little ones to enjoy learning about God's love and creation through age appropriate stories, crafts and music.
We meet Sundays during the 10:00 am Mass.
Our first class for this year begins Sunday, October 2, 2022

Registration Fees:

$100 Registration (if only child in program)

$75 Registration (if siblings enrolled in any other Faith Formation program)
