Mladinski center ULCA z letošnjim letom uvaja participativni proračun.
Mlade_i, stare_i med 15 in 29 let, imajo možnost sodelovati pri oddaji in izbiri podprtih predlogov. Participativni proračun vam omogoča, da prepoznate težave in/ali priložnosti za izboljšave, same_i oblikujete rešitve in o njih odločate.
Participativni proračun predstavlja 1 % vseh sredstev mladinskega centra, tj. 716,84 evrov.
Pri izvajanju participativnega proračuna sledimo načelom: trajnosti, preglednosti, vključenosti, dostopnosti, vključenosti skupnosti in zanesljivosti. Participativni proračun se izvaja v skladu s Pravili participativnega proračuna: https://ulca.si/participativniproracun/
Svojo zamisel oddaj tukaj, če:
- Je predlog mogoče uresničiti od 25. novembra do 15. decembra 2022.
- Predlog ne presega več kot 100 % razpoložljivih proračunskih sredstev.
- Predlog vsebuje oceno stroškov.
- Ima predlog opredeljen namen.
- Predlog slediti vrednotam ULCE: demokratičnost, inkluzija, brez sovražnega govora, aktivno državljanstvo, kritično mišljenje, varen prostor in participacija mladih.
- Predlog slediti skupnemu dobremu skupnosti ULCE.
Predloge lahko oddaš do 23. oktobra 2022.

Starting this year, ULCA Youth Centre is introducing the Participatory Budget.
Young people aged between 15 and 29 years old have the opportunity to participate in the submission and selection of supported proposals. The Participatory Budget allows you to identify problems and/or opportunities for improvement, design solutions themselves, and decide on them.
The Participatory Budget represents 1% of the total funds of the Youth Centre, i.e. 716,84 eur.
In implementing participatory budgeting, we follow the principles of: sustainability, transparency, inclusiveness, accessibility, community involvement, and reliability. Participatory Budget is implemented according to the Rules of Participatory Budget: https://ulca.si/participativniproracun/
Submit your idea here if:
- The proposal can be realized from the 25th of November till the 15th of December 2022.
- The proposal can not exceed over 100% of the budget available.
- The proposal has to have an assessment of the cost.
- The proposal has a defined purpose.
- The proposal has to follow the ULCA’s values: democracy, inclusion, no-hate speech, active citizenship, critical thinking, safe space, and youth participation.
- The proposal has to be following the common good of the community in ULCA.
Proposals can be submitted until the 23rd of October 2022.
