This evaluation form aims at exploring the impact this Erasmus+ project has had on the people who were, in one way or another, involved in it. Discussing abstract notions, such as "home", as well as concrete suggestions about the challenges Europe faces, you - as participants of this project - have reflected upon your idenity as European citizens. Your answers, therefore, to the questions below will demonstrate to what extent young people living in the seven partner-countries feel "@home-in.europe".
