Business Application: 2021 Summer Youth Employment
Summer Youth Employment places young people aged 14-17 at a Rosedale business for their first summer job.  Youth commit to working ~11 hours/week in June and July, while businesses commit to training and mentoring the youth along the way.  Youth receive additional coaching on Fridays at RDA, and are paid an hourly wage by RDA.
