ADDY's Luncheon RSVP Form
Thank you for RSVP-ing to the ADDY's Luncheon Event hosted by the School of Communication and RAF! Please fill out this form in order to reserve your spot to pick up a FREE lunch! The first 20 students to RSVP are guaranteed a lunch!

You will receive a confirmation email from Alison Thompson (SoC staff assistant) confirming your RSVP and if you will receive a lunch.

If you are not one of the first 20 students to RSVP, you will still get a confirmation email with the Zoom link information. Confirmation emails will be sent a week prior to the event.

You may pick up your lunch in the 1st floor lobby of Eastman Hall (EAS-1950 Lobby, next to the elevators) between 11:00am-11:45am on the day of the event, March 3rd.

Your box lunch will be labeled with your name on it. If you are unable to pick up a lunch, you are very much still welcome to join us for the Q&A event! The answer you put below does not matter - it is to confirm that you are 100% aware of the pick-up time if chosen to get a lunch.
