WRU Girls Skills Development Centre - Ospreys
The Welsh Rugby Union are running a 4 week girls skills development centre in the Ospreys region aimed at U16s & U18s players.

The skills centres are open to players of all abilities – from new to experienced players and will focus on improving core skills, fitness and positional work and will lead directly into the U18s Regional Ospreys programme.

The skill centre will be held at Llandarcy Academy of Sport from Monday the 6th of November to Monday 27th November 2023.

Time: 6-7pm

Ospreys coaches will be in attendance to explore talent in the region and get to know some of the girls coming through over the next couple of weeks.

PARKING
PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE AND IS FOR MEMBERS ONLY. PARENTS ARE ALLOCATED A 10 MINUTE DROP OFF SLOT.
