- Suitable for an unknown number of attendees - you won't know who is planning to come in advance.
- Involve high-quality presenters, or are well organised social events that aren't targeted at any particular group (e.g. don't add your local group social events, even if you don't mind others coming along)
- Suitable for general EA audience (including those newer to EA) OR if you want to target a narrower group, make sure your target audience is clear.
