The Scrutineer is the person responsible to ensure that every competing machine conforms to the GCR's and Supplementary regulations. The Scrutineer also inspects helmets and riding apparel to ensure compliance.
The seminar covers topics such as:

2. The race meeting
3. Machine examination
4. Important safety checks
5. Eligibility
6. People skills and communication  

All NEW Officials must complete the Ridernet Level 1 Online Operational Official Course prior to attending this course.
