* Throwing great parties and making real friends is our bread ‘n’ butter. Get it?
Get together for Gilead's version of the church potluck (now on a quarterly basis!). We try to change up the time and location to suit all kinds of personalities. This month: Lucas’ dinner party fantasy edition.
Saturday, February 25th, at 6:30pm we’ll be at Lucas’ place in Uptown. Come for agenda-free conversation, for good food with fellow Gileadites, and to indulge Lucas’ desire to do the most.
Lucas will provide a vegetarian dinner and dessert. Spoiler: it’s going to involve meringue. They’re doing a baking challenge with a friend and like it or not (Lucas is pretty on the fence) that’s February’s theme.
You can bring a beverage or just yourself! This is truly an occasion where it’s ok, even welcome, to show up empty handed.
Please email Lucas at lucasamerchant@gmail.com to let them know you’re coming and about any dietary restrictions you have (especially nuts)!

QUESTION: Will we be eating only bread and butter?
ANSWER: No. [see above.]
It’s true we’re real butter Christians and that we love bread, but you don’t have to eat dairy or carbs to eat with us. We just thought it sounded tasty.
