The Youth Farm Project: Field Trip Registration - Fall 2024

The field trips are hands-on, and feature small group experiences with chickens, compost, herbs and vegetable/flower crops.
The experiences support children's learning in the New York State Science Learning Standards in the Life Sciences Domain. We engage children in active learning and encourage them to notice, observe and wonder, to ask questions, to explore, and to reflect on their experiences. ****We also address the NYS Social Emotional

Field Trip Costs: Field Trips are eligible to be paid for through IPEI's Kids Discover the Trail/Buddy Up! or the TST Boces CoSer. Please indicate which of these you would like to go through, and we will be in touch as to what we need from you. If you would like to pay for the trip directly through your schools funds, please indicate that, and we will determine the cost for your group.
