This is the organisation we'll list as the host of your mini-event. If it's more than one, then please add all:)

Where will you host the mini-event? For now we just need the approximate geographic location.

How many participants can you host for? Please note that all participants should register through us on Eventbrite, so that you know how many people to expect. Places are allocated automatically on a first-come, first-served basis. It's up to you to tell us whether that's 10, 20, or more. It's fine for most of them to be from your own organisation, although we believe that the mini-event will be richer when other people with an interest can join.

Will you be able to access Zoom on the day and to follow an initial Zoom session on a screen for all your participants to see and hear? You'll either need a projector and screen or a large TV, as well as speakers and a computer.

We'll be co-designing the exact programme for the mini-events over the coming months and would love for you to be involved. It's entirely optional and not a prerequisite for hosting a mini-event. If you'd like to be involved in the co-design, please let us know here.
