LAN IS BACK
Happy to announce that I'll be running an open signup CS:GO LAN in Feb 2022 hosted at Fortress Melbourne
For those unfamiliar, Fortress is located right in Melbourne CBD and has outstanding facilities. Their PC's are great quality and all monitors are at least 120hz (Most are 240hz). Players can bring their own peripherals and I will collect your config files beforehand. They have great food, plenty of beer to go around and an amazing space to hang around and reconnect with everyone after 2+ years since the last Melbourne CS:GO LAN.
Dates: Feb 12th - 13th 2022
Entry Fee: $50 Per person ($250 for the team)
Prizepool: $3000+ Distributed along the following percentages
1st: 50% ($1500+)
2nd 20% ($600+)
3rd/4th: 12.5% ($375+)
3rd/4th: 12.5% ($375+)
MVP: 5% ($150+)
Starting prizepool will likely be in excess of $3000, if I can get to 16 teams, we're looking more like a $5000 prizepool.
Format:
8-16 Team LAN
2-4 Groups of 4 teams participate in a round robin within their group, top 2 teams from each group proceed to Finals (There will be morning groups on the Saturday!!)
SIGNUPS CLOSE 2nd of December. Teams selected to participate will receive a form with more details to provide.
