Due to the increased demand in this program, after you enter your name & information below-
  • We will email you with a registration link in which you will have 72 hours to pay.
  • Once registered, we will call you to answer any questions.
  • Payment is held until after the phone call.
  • Registration is manually processed and funds are committed to the course.
  • If you do not pay within 72 hours, your name will be moved to the bottom of the email list.
After Payment-
  1. We will provide an acknowledgement letter with all information needed for your arrival and stay.
  2. We will provide a video study guide lecture for the Florida Laws & Rules Exam.
  3. We do not have a study guide for the DSE OSCE Diagnostic Skills Exam.

Frequently Asked Questions-
  1. Prep Course availability is based on instructor availability and may not be offered prior to every ADEX Exam.
  2. This is a full mannequin exam - No patients required.
  3. You do not need a seat in the ADEX Exam to register for the UF Prep Course.
  4. Only the Gainesville, FL location qualified for instruments, materials and staff support for the Prep Course and the ADEX Exam.
  5. You cannot bring a Dental Assistant to help you in the Prep or ADEX.
  6. You are expected to read the ADEX Exam manuals, which can be found on the CDCA ADEX website.
