The National Beta Club is a student honor society based on high academic achievement, excellent character, and good citizenship.

Please fill out the following questions by Sept. 24th if you are interested in membership. You will be notified by Sept 27th if you are accepted. Our first meeting will be Wednesday Oct. 6th at 7:40am in B102

The qualifications for membership on the part of the student shall be: (a) a high school student in grades 9-12 “(b) worthy, moral and ethical character, (c) good mentality (d) creditable achievement (GPA of 3.0 or higher) (e) commendable attitude. The standards and means for appraising these qualities shall be determined by the administration of the school where the chapter is located.” (Beta Club Bylaws, Article II Membership)                                                                                                                                                                                                Do you feel you meet these qualifications? *

You will be required to complete 5 service projects (charities, fundraisers in the community, school, church, etc.) per school year in order to remain in the club. Signatures of the service sponsors are required and must be submitted after service projects are completed so we can keep a record of your service projects. Officers will be responsible for finding local service projects in which the entire club will participate.        Do you agree to participate to stay a current member? *
A one-time fee of $30.00 is collected for both the local and National Beta dues. There are no other fees unless the national committee increases their dues. Dues will be collected only from those students chosen through the selection process.                           Do you agree to pay your dues if selected? *
