The ADHD Game of Life

Are you ready to understand the intricacies of ADHD and how it shapes every individual's journey? Join us for a captivating talk: "The ADHD Game of Life" with Cynthia Hammer, MSW.

It is often said that if you have seen one person with ADHD, you have seen one person with ADHD. Yet, too frequently, people with ADHD seem to believe that others' ADHD impacts them in the same way. Some firmly believe ADHD is a disability, while others argue it is merely a difference, and still others are adamant that it is a superpower.

This presentation demonstrates how and why ADHD is very individual from the moment of birth onward. Case examples of two boys and two girls with ADHD will be highlighted, demonstrating how different their lives are, even though they each have a diagnosis of ADHD.

This talk is appropriate for parents of kids with ADHD, adults with ADHD, teachers, and anyone else wanting to a better understanding of inattentive ADHD.
