During this eight-week course, I will introduce students to major art periods of western art from the Romanesque period to Modern art. I will explain the key characteristics of each period and how they impacted history. Each day I will be going over a new period, there will be little to no homework, but I will provide additional sources of information to those that are interested in doing more research. At the end of the course, students will be expected to do a project representing their knowledge gained from this course.
