KIMS POLICY AGREEMENT

ExecAuthority.com is a division of KIMS Inc.

Executive and Cyber Estate Authorization: I must meet and maintain all KIMS qualification requirements within the Terms of Service (see www.kimsflorida.com and go to Contact, then, Privacy Policy) and The KIMS 3 Strike Penalty Program. To avoid being penalized, I agree to remain within all qualification guidelines. Upon the third “strike penalty”, KIMS reserves the right of first refusal to absorb any Cyber Estate holdings I've acquired or accumulated, whether as an initial package or through an additional package offering. KIMS only manages Cyber Estate holdings. I, further, authorize KIMS to manage my Google-My-Business account.

Digital Investments: I hereby make all digital investments (includes any and all products or services described as “digital”) knowingly without any guarantee or warrantee, expressed or implied, by authorized agent or representative.

General Consent: I hereby purchase all Internet Marketing and Management services knowingly without any guarantee or warrantee, expressed or implied, by service provider or authorized agent or representative. I, also, agree that no one has made any promise of usability and/or “specific expectations” as to how programs, digital products or services (such as “online traffic driving”, “keyword-digital-estates”, etc...) will work for my business. I understand that the service is sold AS-AGREED and I will not hold the service provider, it's agents or representatives responsible for any loss whatsoever. I, also, further indemnify the seller and his agents or representatives. I have read the face of this order and agree to this purchase contract. I hereby certify that I am 18 years of age or older and acknowledge receipt of a copy of this order. All prices are predicted upon actual hourly labor costs and maintenance of our company TST (Trade Secret Tools) used to accomplish the services provided.
