This group will meet for 6 sessions. Creating a cohesive community is essential to the strength of the group and the learning opportunities provided. I've checked the schedule and I will make every effort to attend a minimum of 4 sessions. I acknowledge that once I register and make my group membership payment, the latest date to withdrawal my application and request a refund is December 23. After that date, no refunds will be given for missed sessions. *
