هل سمعتم من قبل عن فن الحفر والتطعيم على الخشب؟ نشأته وتاريخ تطوره وتقنياته المختلفة، والأدوات والمواد المستخدمة فيه؟

انضموا إلينا يوم السبت القادم لنستكشف معًا كل هذه الجوانب وأكثر خلال ورشتنا، حيث سنتعرف على الخامات الأساسية و المختلفة المستخدمة للتطعيم، كما سنناقش الفرق بينهما وكيفية اختيار المواد والألوان المناسبة للتصميم، وكيفية تنسيقها لابتكار عمل فني متناغم.
خلال الورشة، سيقوم كل مشارك بعمل فاصل كتاب مستخدماً تقنيات وأساليب التطعيم، لا تفوتوا هذه الأمسية الإبداعية – انضموا إلينا الآن!

عن المدرب: إبراهيم وحيد
تخرج إبراهيم من كلية التربية الفنية عام ٢٠١٧ ثم عمل في مجالات تصميمية مختلفة حتى عام 2020 ، حيث أسس عمله الخاص ( أوراها - Oraha ) لأعمال الأخشاب الطبيعية. ثم ألتحق إبراهيم بدبلومة بيت جميل للحرف التراثية وتخصص في الحرف الخشبية والنجارة.
ومن ثم باشرعمله كمدرب في بيت جميل للحرف التراثية في قسم التطعيم والأويمة وقشرة الخشب. ثم كمسئول عن قسم التطعيم بالصدف في مركز الحرف التقليدية بالفسطاط .
و أخيراً يعمل إبراهيم حالياً بالتوازي مع عمله الخاص كمنسق خط إنتاج الأعمال الخشبية بمشروع شغل تراث ضمن مبادرة الأثر لنا.

أما في حالة الإلغاء بعد ذلك، فلا يتم رد أي نسبة من مبلغ الاشتراك المدفوع.

Have you wondered about the art of wood carving and inlaying? Discover this craft's rich history, evolution, techniques, and the tools and materials that bring it to life!

Join us next Saturday for a hands-on workshop to explore all the aspects of wood inlaying and much more. We will learn about the different materials used for inlaying, how to choose the perfect pairings, and tips and tricks to creating stunning designs with suitable colors and textures.

Each participant will create a handcrafted bookmark, showcasing their new inlaying skills.

Date & Time: Saturday, March 22, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Workshop instructor: Ibrahim Waheed
The workshop will be conducted in Arabic.

About the instructor:
Ibrahim Waheed
Ibrahim graduated from the Faculty of Art Education in 2017 and worked in various design fields until 2020, when he founded his own business, Oraha, specialising in natural woodwork. He then joined the Jameel House of Traditional Arts Diploma, where he specialised in woodworking and carpentry.
Following this, he began working as a trainer at Jameel House of Traditional Arts, teaching marquetry, wood inlay, and veneering. He later took on the role of Head of the Inlay Department at the Traditional Crafts Center in Fustat.
Currently, alongside running his own business, Ibrahim works wood production unit coordinator for Heritage Works project under Athar Lina initiative.  

Registration fees: 500 EGP
Fees cover the tools and materials for the workshop.

This event is a part of al-Khalifa Tours program run by the Built Environment Collective, and all proceeds allocated will support the sustainability of the initiative's educational and community programs in al-Khalifa neighbourhood.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if cancelled before 3 PM, 19th March 2025

In case of cancellation after that, no percentage of the paid fees will be refunded.
