All equipment must be requested and approved by a member of the Bedford TV staff 24 hours in advance by emailing staff@bedford.tv. Pick up/drop off will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in the parking lot of Bedford TV. Returned equipment will be sanitized and will sit for 48 hours before being checked out again.
