Douple Professional Development Activity of Youth Workers
The program consists of two primary activities. The first activity is a training session that took place in March 2023 in Cyprus, while the second activity is a training program scheduled to take place in Bakuriani, Georgia, in June/July (27th of June to 4th of July) 2023.
The "Youth Workers LAB - Business in the Digital Age" project aims to equip youth workers and representatives from partner organizations with skills and knowledge pertaining to digital youth entrepreneurship and methods of online youth work. During the first training session, our focus was on inclusive youth work methodologies. However, due to the cancellation of two participants, we are seeking two replacements to participate in the upcoming training in Georgia. In the second training session, participants will explore the opportunities of digital entrepreneurship and its applicability in local youth work, especially with disadvantaged groups. They will develop new methods for promoting online social businesses within their local communities and contribute to the second part of the Youth Workers LAB toolkit.
2nd Activity: PDA: Youth workers LAB - Business in digital age II (LAMBIDA II)
Duration: 27th of June till 4th of July 2023 (including 2 travelling days)
Activity: Training at Georgia of 32 youth workers (4 youth workers from each organization) in Digital Business with Non Formal Educational Activities.

Food: The hosting organisation will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 2 breaks with coffee and snacks.
Four youth workers from our organization will be participating in the program, and all expenses related to travel, food, and accommodation will be fully covered by the program. It is worth noting that membership in our organization is a prerequisite for applying to the program.
