Calling all locative artists, producers and creative communities!

Part celebration of ten years of mobile storytelling, part preservation of the many amazing projects that have now disappeared, Time Capsules is bringing to life former locative audio projects. We're on the look out for works that are at least three years old and can be described as either: a work of quality audio storytelling; a unique study of a time, place or community; or an exemplar of early locative experimentation. Sound familiar?

Time Capsule provides artists, producers and creative communities the opportunity to re-animate, both on the street and online, your former locative audio works. Time Capsule has its own superbly layered back-end builder (a spin off from our V2 Soundtrails app) so you are able to upload your material, tailor and test it onsite, and rebuild up to two of your former locative projects. For your one-off payment of AUD $750, we provide you with five years publication, a Time Capsule web-portal for your work, a unique .stx file that allows your online map and stories be interchangeable across a variety of digital media/websites and comprehensive how-to online instructions. Our platform will be fully serviced and of course, all artist will retain full copyright of their work.
