5th Grade: Last Day of School - Vista Grande EVENT

WHO: ALL 5th grade students, REMOTE and IN-PERSON Optional In Person Event
WHAT: 5th Grade Yearbook Signing and Video Montage
WHEN: Thursday, June 3rd from 8:00-10:00 (Only 5th graders will be on campus, it is a REMOTE day for all other students)
WHERE: Vista Grande Courtyard (Students will enter through the front gates, parents will drop off at 8:00 and pick up at staggered times, see below)

Drop Off: Everyone at 8:00
Pick Up-Staggered Times:
9:30-9:40 P/B’s class gets picked up (***P/B will take their photos on Friday 5/28 from 1:30-2:00)
9:40-9:50 Collins class gets picked up and takes photos with teacher and yard sign
9:50-10:00 Ingamells class gets picked up and takes photos with teacher and yard sign

Please note: No Parents or Siblings...this is a student & staff event due to COVID protocols: 5th GRADERS ONLY

FORMS are due by Friday, May 28th

***P/B will do their photos on 5/28 between UPDATED TIME: 1:30-2:00 as Mrs. Pegram will not be in town the last day of school and we don't want their class to miss this opportunity. Students will come to campus for a "drive by" end of year photo opportunity with their teachers and their yard sign.
*Ingamells and Collins students will do this on 6/3 when they get picked up.
**If a remote student from Collins is not attending the In Person event on 6/3 and they want a photo with their teacher they can drive by school during their class time (see above) to have their photo taken with their teacher.

On the morning of June 3, 2021 please conduct a Student Self Health Check: Parents MUST read through the link below and acknowledge you will perform a health check for your student on the morning of June 3, 2021. Please review the self health check and honestly answer the questions. WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING THE FORM however, if your child is showing any COVID 19 symptoms, per the health check, please do not send them to the 5th Grade last day of school event.
