Ever thought about trying stand-up comedy? Now is your chance! Come spend 5 Mondays with Manny Brown and learn the ins and outs of stand-up comedy. This class will include the basics of writing, delivery and performance. We will work on finding your comedic voice, structuring jokes, and generating material from the ground up. The class will culminate with a class show where you can show off your first 5-minute set!
About: Manny Brown is a Philly-based lawyer and comedian. He runs the award-winning comedy club Next In Line Comedy. He has performed in cities all over the country and opened for greats like Donell Rawlings, Ari Shaffir, Dan Soder and Beth Stelling. He loves comedy almost as much as he loves naps.
All classes are located at 1025 Hamilton Street, Next In Line Comedy Club, 6-8pm

Who is this class for?
This class is for beginners! You do not need to have anything prepared to start this class. We recommend you come to the class with an open mind, curiosity, and a sense a humor!

Once you apply to the class, your application will be reviewed and if accepted you will be sent instructions for payment.
This class is limited to 10 students.
Each class will take place at Next In Line Comedy Club 1025 Hamilton Street. There is easy street parking. There are stairs to get into the space, unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.
This form alone does NOT register you for class. Once you complete this submission form you will be sent an email to complete payment and registration for class.
