Use this form to register for the L1/L2 Instructor Practical.
Cost is $50 to be paid on site. Cash is preferred, however we will have an online option available. Do to the fact that we are a public H.S. when paying online no refunds are available, so I will not take payment until you are on location.
This class will be capped at 10 participants. I will take the first 10 participants that sign up on this form. All entries are time stamped.
Please wear proper archery attire. ex. Closed towed shoes, something to tie up your hair, etc.
