Fall 2021 Kindergarten and Young Five Interest Form
This is an INTEREST FORM ONLY  for those families considering enrolling their child in Young Fives and Kindergarten for Fall 2021.  THIS IS NOT AN ENROLLMENT FORM.  We will use this information for planning purposes and to keep you informed. All information will remain confidential.

Important note:  If you are interested in Angell Elementary for Kindergarten but do not live in the Angell School attendance area,  you will need to complete an In-District Transfer application or a School of Choice application (for those who  live outside of the AAPS district). The Young Fives classroom is open to families who both reside in the Angell attendance area and to those who do not. All those interested in having a child attend the Young 5 program at Angell must complete an application. Young Five students who attend Angell in the Fall of 2021 but do not live in the Angell attendance area will need to apply for an In-District transfer the following year in order to continue at Angell for Kindergarten.   Please refer to the link below.
