MORE ABOUT The Academy of Best Practices for Veteran CPM Teachers
A major goal of the Academy is to enhance participants’ pedagogical skills and provide the motivation and support to foster productive change through educational leadership.
With the Standards for Mathematical Practice providing the framework for how students engage mathematically and a comprehensive vision of teaching from NCTM 's Principles to Actions, the pieces are in place for effective, quality math instruction. ABP-V is an opportunity to bring together a group of veteran CPM teachers motivated to improve teacher practice and student understanding through best practice.
