Price is $3.95 per pound of hanging weight. Final invoice will reflect hanging weight received from the butcher. A discount of $0.15 per pound is available for cash or check transactions on final invoice. We require an initial deposit to "lock-in" your order. Deposit is $300 for Beef (unless otherwise noted) and $150 for Pork.
