このフォームで Club Officer Training (COT) の参加登録をお願いします。（全てのDivision共通）
各Divisionの参加登録期限は、運営側の準備も考慮して3日前までとします。
Please use this form to register your attendance for the Club Officer Training (COT). (For all Divisions)
The deadline for registration for each division is 3 days before the training date.
＜参加対象者＞
・ 「クラブ役員」は皆さんご参加ください。
半期を振り返っての知識と経験の共有や ネットワーキング等の効果を高めるため
に, 参加の皆様はできる限り所属のディビジョンにご参加ください。
・ 「クラブ役員が認めた会員」もご参加いただけます。
アシスタントVPEや、副会場係、(IT係)など、一時的な役割ではなく年間を通して
担当する方が対象です。クラブ役員のブレイクアウトにも参加をお願いします。
・ プロスペクティブクラブの役員もご参加ください。
・ できるだけ所属するDivisionでの参加登録をお願いします。
(クラブ役員毎に話し合うセッションがある為)。
スケジュールが合わない場合は、この限りではありません。
< Participants >
- We encouraged all club officers to attend COT#2. We'd like you to join your divisions
COT as much as possible, so that you can share knowledge and experience in reviewing
the semester, networking, etc.
Members approved by club officers" are also welcome to attend. Assistant VPEs,
Assistant Venues
Managers, (IT Managers), etc, a year-round assignment. The participants are also encouraged to participate in breakout sessions.
Prospective club officers are also encouraged to attend.
Please register in your Division as much as possible.
(Because there will be a session for each club officer to discuss).
This does not apply in case of scheduling conflicts.
＜注意事項＞
・ 参加を希望する Divisionから情報が発信されますので、有効なメールアドレスを
入力してください。
複数のクラブで役員をされている方は、一つの研修に出席すれば、所属する全ての
クラブ役員として参加クレジットを得られます。(このフォームに全てのデュアル
クラブ名と役職を記載ください)・ 複数の Division に参加をご希望される方は、参加 Division ごとにフォームを提出
するようお願いします。

If you are an officer of more than one club, you can attend one training and get credit
for participation as an officer of all the clubs you belong to.
(Please fill out this form with all dual names and clubs. (Please include all dual club
names and titles on this form.)
If you wish to participate in more than one division, please submit a form for each
division you wish to participate.
