ASP 2024 Biennial Meeting Registration
All attendees, including presenters and session chairs, are required to register for ASP 2024 and make their own hotel and travel arrangements.

ASP 2024 will be held at Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk (301 East North Water Street, Chicago, IL 60611). ASP 2024 begins at 1:45 pm, Saturday, July 27 and ends at 7:15 pm, Tuesday, July 30 (total three and a half days).

We strongly encourage all attendees to stay until the evening of July 30, 2024 to fully participate in the ASP 2024 program. The Awards Ceremony (including poster/oral presentation awards and travel awards) is scheduled for the evening of July 30, 2024 (all are invited).

This is a welcoming event scheduled for 6:15 PM – 9:00 PM on Saturday, July 27, 2024. Drs. Nihal Ahmad (University of Wisconsin–Madison), John Wyrick (Washington State University), and Huang Chiao Huang (University of Maryland) will give lectures, followed by discussion with the Lecturers and audience. Food and drink will be provided to all participants. This event is included in the meeting registration fee.

Social Event "Chicago River Cruise" (Ticketed event)

Please join this networking event scheduled for 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Monday, July 29, 2024. This is a ticketed event for a 2-hour private cruise along the Chicago River with a tour guide, food, and soft drinks. You can purchase multiple tickets for your friends and partners. $116 per person.

ASP Associate Member Event "Mentoring with Breakfast" (Registration required)

We will have 3 mentoring sessions with breakfast (7:30 AM – 8:45 AM on July 28, 29, and 30). Each session is limited to 30 ASP Associate Members (graduate students and postdocs). If more than 30 persons apply for each session, we will select attendees based on their preferences. Sessions 1 and 3 will be recorded and made available for ASP Associate Members.
