To efficiently assign students' transportation needs for the 2023-2024 school year, TVSD asks that if your family has a shared custody arrangement that you complete this form by Friday, July 28th to ensure proper transportation assignments for the start of the school year.  

*If transportation needs change throughout the school year, a new form will need to be submitted to update your child's transportation assignment. Changes in transportation assignments may take up to three working days to be in effect.
