Mental Health First Aid Course
MHFA Scholarship / Limited Number of Scholarships.
The course will teach participants how to recognize the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. It will also provide guidance on how to approach and support someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis, as well as how to connect them with professional help. Participants will learn how to provide initial support and assistance to someone in need. Additionally, the course covers topics such as stigma reduction, promoting mental wellness, and resources available for mental health support.
