  • Please ensure to submit your flight details before June 30 to receive the transfer service.

  • Free coach transfer between Gimhae International airport(or Busan station) and Lotte Hotel Busan will only be available on September 15, 2025 and September 20, 2025

Refund Policy

In order to qualify for a refund of registration fees, cancellations must be emailed to the 2025 WFMT Registration Office prior to August 15, 2025. All refunds are subject to a €100 administration fee each person. Refunds will be made in Euro,€ via bank transfer after the congress.

Any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Korea Custom Tailors and Designers Association is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a group to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond control.

No refunds can be made after August 15, 2025.
