The Learn to Row (L2R) course is run by APSM Rowing Club and includes 4 x 1.5hr Sunday Sessions (commencing at 10:00am) over four consecutive weeks and run with upto 8 people that will have you rowing on Albert Park Lake.

The Learn to Row YOUTH (L2RY) course for 13-17yo is run by APSM Rowing Club and includes 3 x 2.5hr weekday sessions scheduled in school holidays.

The course covers the fundamentals of rowing technique, boat anatomy and rowing terminology, and is 80% practical, 20% theory.

We aim to have you in a boat on the water in week 1 and comfortable rowing in a crew of 4 people up and down Albert Park Lake by Week 4.
