Our community is sustained using membership fees AND we have a strong commitment to equity in our community and membership models. One way this is lived is in our equitable pricing for our hotdesk membership.

We invite you to pay retail, to offer more than retail if you are well resourced or to consider your barriers and challenges, access to resources and reality of your finances and select a membership fee that is sustainable and manageable for you (Pay What You Will)

-Member will sublet a hotdesk, each visit they will find
a comfortable working station and use it for the day
but leave it clear when they are done for the day. 

-Membership allows for member(s) to have full, keyed, 24 hour access.

-Membership allows for member to bring in guests or clients to work with.

-Member will be granted a mailbox and can receive mail and packages here.

-Members will have access to lounge areas, kitchen and other common areas 24 hours a day during the term of this lease. 

-Member will have access to reserve the conference room and the privacy booth

-Member can cancel membership at any time with 30

days notice unless special arrangements are agreed upon. 

-If member fails to pay for membership, access to the

building will be denied or limited. Please be upfront and

discuss challenges. We wish to work with you but ask

for communication.

K) I understand that an invoice will be sent to the Billing email from openHAUS' invoicing software, Freshbooks, and that this membership is not active until that invoice is paid. The first invoice will be pro-rated for the current month depending upon the start date of my membership. Once paid, Freshbooks will store the card used and charge it on the 25th day of each month for the membership fee of the upcoming month until membership is cancelled by emailing membership@openHAUSpdx.com or communicating directly with Day.  *
