The application for the 2024-2025 school year is below. Please read through the following important information prior to completing the application.
Open Enrollment will take place from October 2, 2023 - February 29, 2024. The lottery will take place on March 7, 2024 at 9:30 AM.
All communications regarding the lottery will be sent to you via email directly from Cornerstone. Post Lottery, you will be emailed results, which will indicate whether your student was admitted into Cornerstone or Waitlisted. As we move through the waitlist, you will be called & sent an email offering your student a seat at Cornerstone. Please be sure that you correctly type in your email addresses & phone numbers into the application. After the initial emails regarding the lottery results have been sent out, you may inquire about waitlist movement by calling the front office at 336-482-3855.
Tours & Prospective Parent Nights will be offered throughout the school year. The dates are located on our website.
Please try to attend one of these meetings/tours as we cannot guarantee personalized tours when your student receives a spot on the waitlist.For additional information about the lottery/enrollment process, please refer to our FAQ section located on the website.
