The British Abacus Association (BAA) is conducting this survey. The purpose of the survey aims to figure out the current teaching aids for teaching arithmetic to students with visual impairments and the implementation of abacus instruction in Europe. The abacus referred to in this survey are the abacuses adapted from the traditional Chinese abacus for students with visual impairments.

This survey consists of some open-ended questions as it looks for diverse answers. We are grateful for your patience and time. The survey would take 5-7 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous. The data collected from the survey will only be used in our research.
