CONTEXT: CHASE has a wellbeing survey twice a year and it is the job of a HR Consultant to evaluate this data and write up reports. We have created a fake set of data for you to evaluate.

"One of our main area of focus as a volunteer organisation is to maintain retention. As HR Consultants, we continually work to improve retention by enhancing CHASE's culture, volunteer engagement etc.

*Ensure there is a good internet connection; ask if applicant can see the share screening clearly and is able to read the words of the document*

For today's task, we have collated hypothetical data based on FOUR Areas of Importance;  1) Teamwork, 2) Daily Improvement, 3) Reward and Recognition and 4) Supportive Management. We would like you to choose at least one of the data sets, you may focus on more than one if you wish, and make a few comments based on what you can see and understand. We have provided some prompts on the task sheet to guide you. There are no right or wrong answers. We simply want to hear your thoughts!"
