Trubshaw Cross Tournament Refund or Entry
After such a dismally wet season we were looking forward to welcoming you to Trubshaw Cross for our various Tournaments, but a global pandemic hit with extreme consequences for the world and organised sport was quite rightly stopped.

As we were unable to host you had entered, you are entitled to a refund. A number of you have already informed us that you wish for the monies to be donated and remain in our club to help during this time and for that we are so grateful and thank you dearly. As a thank you to anyone that wishes to not take up the offer of a refund we would like to offer you free entry into next summers tournament and offer you free entry into a one off thank you tournament which we hope will be held during Easter 2021 – details to be confirmed – please complete this form, which can be found via the link below, to indicate that you wish to not claim a refund and enter the tournaments in 2021.

However, it is really important to say that we are very mindful of the fact that the lockdown is having a big impact on many Clubs and Teams and should you want or need a refund please indicate so on this form.

Being a registered charity we are bound by various rules and regulations as such we can only issue refunds by cheque. We'll process any requests for refunds at the end of 14 days to ensure our volunteers can minimise the time spent visiting our account signatories and post office.
