Please fill out the form if you are planning on attending our trip to Ford Rodd Hill & Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites, Happening on Wednesday, November 9th @9am. This form will be used for tracking numbers as well as being able to contact you in case there was a Covid outbreak.

Please be aware that

Please note the following:

1. Do not attend any in-person events if you are not feeling 100% fit and well.

2. Events may be cancelled last minute due to unforeseen events, such as road closures or changes in BC Covid-19 guidelines.

3. We will be spending time inside and outside. Dress in layers & be prepared to spend time outside.

4. You will need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle.

5. We will be returning to VIU around 6:00pm

6. We will be introduced to Parks Canada Representatives upon arrival.

Please be respectful: we are representing the University and the Parks Canada Campus Network.
