Magellan OM 2023 Participation
Please let us know if you and your student want to participate in the Magellan Odyssey of the Mind program this year. The program is open to 3rd-8th graders and runs Sept - March. Most teams meet once a week, and meetings must be held at coach or parent houses, as Magellan is not able to accommodate team meetings at the school.

As a reminder, this is a 100% parent-led program, which means we also need your help as coaches (no prior experience required!).  While we will do our best to make sure that everyone who wants to participate can do so, the only way to guarantee that your child will be on a team is if you volunteer as a coach.

To sign up to participate and to indicate if you can volunteer as a coach or host meetings at your house, please fill in this form. Once we receive the responses, we will be in touch with the coaches regarding team formation, meeting dates, etc.

The participation fee is $150.  You can learn more about OM at https://www.odysseyofthemind.com.

If possible, we encourage students to take responsibility for reading their own emails from their coach regarding updates or homework rather than having messages forwarded through parents.
