Darebin Arts Internal Booking Form
Thank you for considering Darebin Arts Centre for your next event.

Please note that completion of this application does not automatically grant approval. Once your application has been submitted, our booking staff will get in touch with you to confirm venue availability, negotiate dates, and to provide you  with a cost estimate. Due to the current high frequency of managing booking applications and events, please allow up to two weeks for your enquiry to be processed.

The details you provide in this form will help us to calculate your initial cost estimate, so please be as descriptive as possible. We are unable to provide a cost estimate without a booking application. The 2019/2020 Fees & Charges features a new price structure, with Half Day and Full Day rates for all venue bookings. This is in line with our new business model which sees Darebin Arts Centre transitioning to a dedicated arts venue, and aligning our procedures and processes with Northcote Town Hall Arts Centre, our sister venue within Darebin City Council.

We would be delighted to provide you with additional information surrounding this transition and our processes for supporting our existing and first-time Presenters at Darebin Arts Centre.

If YES, you will be required to complete a Ticketing Form at least 8 weeks prior to your event. Darebin Arts Centre is a ticketed venue. As such, all theatre events must use Darebin Arts Ticketing.
