Science for All - Mudshakes* and meetups 15th September
Using DNA from wild animals is an increasingly important way to reliably assess biodiversity in an ethical and cost-effective way. ‘Science for All’ is working to make sure that knowledge of how to do this is available for free, to as many people as possible. You can learn more about our 'Wild DNA' project here: https://scienceforall.world/projects

We’re running a free course on extracting DNA from soil samples with Bioquizitive on the 15th September from 2-4pm in Melbourne. We are offering some free places. We’ll learn how to use environmental DNA to detect species. We’ll be in a lab and the day will have practical sessions.

*mudshakes are what we call our soil samples mixed with water. Do not drink.
