Shirt Information:
Please fill out the order form below if you would like to order a T-shirt as part of our fundraiser for the Cancer Society. The image of the T-shirt is displayed below. Orders and Money must be placed by FEBRUARY 12th if you would like to have your shirt by the boys’ coaches vs cancer game on February 19th. Otherwise your order will be placed in the second order which will be placed on FEBRUARY 17th - You will be contacted as soon as your shirt comes in.
Prices:
Long Sleeve (Small-4XL): $20
Short Sleeve (Small-4XL) $14
Shirts will be Long sleeve or Short sleeve performance (dry-fit) material Black shirt with Green and White lettering.  (see design below.)

Lanyard Information:
We will be selling lanyards with players’ pictures attached. Lanyards will sell for $2. All proceeds from these sales go towards The Coaches vs Cancer fund. (Example see below)

Make checks payable to RSU 34 (memo Coaches vs Cancer) or drop money off to the Main Office at OTHS.
