Startup People + Operations Leadership Cohort Interest Form
Thanks for registering your interest in this Cohort Program where we gather dynamic people and operations leaders who are responsible for such important infrastructure and talent work in our company's together in community. These are broad roles, and in support of that - we bring in experts on the topics that the group chooses, and through discussion and resource sharing, all end up with access to more effective solutions as we build within our organizations.

If you're currently a COO, COS, Operations Lead, People Lead at a startup company - we're eager to learn and grow in community with YOU!

We know that if you're not actively investing in and growing your access to resources and capacity - that will eventually become a ceiling for the business. Don't worry - we'll elevate each other in community!

Structure: 
- 6 X 1.5 Hour Weekly Meetings (mid-Sept through mid-Dec)
- Subject Matter Expert starts each meeting
- Interactive Slack channel for sharing and collaborating in between sessions
- max of 10 members total to keep it intimate
- Cost: $1,200 (includes access to the recordings of all 8 sessions)
