計價方式 Pricing Method
  • 均一價 1,000 元/小時，四小時起租
    NT$1,000/hr , min. 4 hrs
  • 逾時五分鐘，以一小時計
    Time rounded to the hour Grace period: 5 minutes.

  • 押金 1000 元，距離租借日前七日取消，不退押金。
    Deposit NT$1,000. Non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of booking.

租借流程 Venue Rental Step
  1. 填寫此線上表單，開放 30 天內租借
    Submit this online form. Bookings are available up to 30 days in advance.

  2. 表單送出後，專人將於服務時間內回覆【租借確認信＋租借契約】
    After submitting the form, our team will reply during service hours with a VENUE RENTAL CONFIRMATION + RENTAL AGREEMENT.

  3. 收到租借確認信後，匯款全額＋押金＋回簽租借契約
    After receiving the confirmation email, please complete full payment (including deposit) and return the signed rental agreement.

  4. 收到款項後，專人將於服務時間內寄出【租借成功信】
    Once payment is received, a FINAL RENTAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent during service hours.

  5. 租借時間結束後，另於現場留 15 分鐘，專人驗收場地與設備，確認無誤後歸還押金
    A 15-minute on-site inspection will be conducted after the rental period. The deposit will be refunded if no issues are found.

  6. 如需開立發票打統一編號請來信告知
    If you require an invoice with a tax ID number, please notify us via email.
注意事項 Terms & Conditions
  • 距離租借日前七日取消，不退押金（舉例：租借日12/9，12/2起取消不退押金）
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable.
    (e.g., for a rental on 12/9, cancellations from 12/2 onward will not receive a deposit refund.)

  • 垃圾需自行帶走，租借時間包含場佈＆場復 
    All trash must be removed by the renter. Rental time includes setup and cleanup.

  • 2F 空間僅開放方成事案件合作團隊租借
    2F space is reserved for project collaborators of Favula only.

The ground floor is 132 m², with a rental area of 83–99 m², suitable for 15–20 people.

二、基本設施：廁所 1 間、冷暖空調、WiFi、大型沙發、折疊椅數張。
Basic Amenities: 1 restroom, air conditioning & heating, Wi-Fi, large sofa, and several folding chai

三、注意事項：空間位於一樓，三角地段，鄰近警局與超商，附近人流、車流稍多，不建議有隔音需求單位租借。
Notice: Located on the ground floor at a street corner near a police station and convenience store. Due to foot and vehicle traffic, not recommended for sound-sensitive use.
